Hi,
upgraded from 1.1.9 to 1.2.0rc3 yesterday.
daemon starts fine, gives no errors in debug mode, listenes on localhost, responds to telnet, fine.
webinterface launched via deluge-web, starts fine.
Problem is, i cant connect those 2 together, if i log in the connection manager opens where i put 127.0.0.1 user/pass as created in the ~/.config/deluge/auth and click ok, nothing happens.
list stays empty, not even offline or something.
no idea whats wrong with it, any help appreciated, tia!

Re: 1.2.0 rc3 hardy, no connection between deluged and webui
you should have stayed with 1.1.9
i've made the same mistake, upgraded from 1.1.9 to 1.2.0 rc3 on hardy and now deluge is broken and i can't go back to 1.1.9. i've posted on this forum too, but there was no help. it seems that 1.2.0 rc3 is not working on hardy when using binaries. only way to make it work seems to be compiling it yourself. hopefully there will be a 1.2.0 version for hardy.
you might want to look for my posts for details.

I have the same problem.
Ubuntu Hardy 32 bits and with any version of deluge 1.1.9 above.
I tried compiling the 1.2.0 rc 5, even compiling from trunk (1.2.9.900-dev).
Deluge works fine, but deluge-web does not connect with him.
However, from the deluge-web on another machine with Ubuntu Hardy 64 bits and deluge 1.2.0 rc 5, I can connect to both.
Please help.
Sorry my bad English.
I used a translator to write in the forum (I'm Spanish).
