webui access from internet is slow

Can I know how much bandwidth does webui need?

I try to access webui from another place through internet and the speed is very slow. I waited like 10min and the page is still blank and still loading.

hmm...maybe this problem is due to my ISP. I tried accessing webmin and it doesn't work as well. I have checked that port forwarding already done. I can SSH no problem eventhough it is still very slow. Any ideas?

Check your system load levels? I've found that the Deluge WebUI chugs lots of browsers due to the AJAX refreshes.

Also: remember that if your computer is seeding/leeching, the whole bandwith is maybe used by current transfers and so their is not so much bandwith available to access the webUI

This is very true. You should set your up and down maxima to no more than 90% of available bandwidth, and 80% if you can afford it.

ok, i tried again and this time most other component works like webmin and ssh.

But deluge is still very slow compared to webmin/ssh. I also have QoS running on my linksys wrt54gl router.

Somehow I never have good experience with deluge webui from another internet location. Locally works fine.
