Can't click and add torrent with 1.2.0-rc3

Hi,

If I click on a torrent on my desktop, or try to open one through my browser I get a new Deluge window and no "Add Torrent" dialog windows. This worked fine in rc2 on my Ubuntu Jaunty and Mint 7 machines. I now have to copy and paste the URL the torrent manually which is cumbersome. What could be wrong, and is there a way I can fix it?

Since it worked fine in RC2 it can't be a big problem. So yes, it would be good to have it fixed.
