automatically pause torrents whose files/path is missing

Post by locketine »

Problem
I have accidentally not remounted a CIFS filesystem twice now and both times deluge has had to recheck all my torrents which takes a looooooooooong time. I'm talking like 8 hours in the most recent cases. I know this is partially my fault for having a slow fileserver (1MiB/s max) but utorrent just pauses the torrents when this happens. I also used to have this issue when I was using an external HD for torrenting but with a transfer speed of 20MiB/s+ it didn't matter that much to me.

Suggestion
Instead of automatically wiping a torrent's progress and checking the whole thing whenever the data files can't be found could it just pause the torrent in question and maybe give a warning about how the path to the data files is invalid or the files it expected are missing?
