Deluge torrent list going blank

Sometimes when I leave Deluge running unattended for a few hours and then come back, Deluge will have an empty list as if I removed all my torrents. And the status bar says Not Connected. If I then exit and restart Deluge, my torrents are back.

Im running Deluge 1.1.9 on CrunchBang Linux 9.04 (Ubuntu-based and uses Openbox). Any ideas what could be causing this?
