Moblock Newbie need help configuring.

I installed Moblock. Since I installed, upload speed is only 10 of 60-90kbps and everything I want to download stays in que. I want the privacy, but I think whatever they start you with pretty much blocks everything. My OS is Kubuntu Jaunty KDE 4.2.2. Computer is AMD Quad 9600 w/4gb memory. I have searched unsuccessfully for a site that explains blocking and how to configure to meet my needs. Thanks for any help.

deluge has a blocklist plugin, you should use that instead (and more importantly blocklists designed for p2p).
