I don't think it comes from here, because, whe the download starts again, it's not any faster.

Data Checking works really badly
Hi. I have an important issue. When I download a torrent and restart Deluge (or force re-check), it doen't seem to recognize all data. Example : I've downloaded 50% of a 1.6 Go multi-files torrent. I restart Deluge. It checks the data : my torrent is at 2% !!! Only few files are detected as download...
