I'm guessing that at the moment you've enabled it but you haven't told it to import on startup hence the ip that should have been blocked. Enable it to import on startup. Also if you run deluged in debug logging mode you should be able to see it blocking peers. Hi again. Whats the tamplate of ipfil...
