I just noticed some .torrent.fastresume files - what are these for? Should I be restarting/re-adding the torrents using these? Or are they internal files used by deluge?

If I restart my deluge daemon (and webui) all my running torrents are not restarted, or even displayed in the ui. I have to manually re-add each of the torrents. When they do restart they don't seem to start at the same point they were at when the daemon was restarted. Is this a known issue or how i...

I set the auto add folder and restarted the deluge daemon but nothing happens when I drop a .torrent file in there. Is this feature operational in v0.6? Is there something I need to do to trigger the load of that torrent?
