ever since i upgraded to deluge 5.9.0, the download speed has just nosedived. with 79 seeds in the past, i'd expect download speeds of at least 90-150kb/s. it's not as if my ISP is throttling because if i use azureus I get the good speeds - but i tend to prefer deluge as you can merge tracker lists....
