I'm very impatient too because i've got a dedicated server without GUI (Ubuntu Server 7.04) and i'd like to use Deluge on a Web UI.

Yes i've used the plugin speed limiter, activated at first in preferences. Step by step : 1 - I've opened a torrent for downloading 2 - dowloading is processing correctly and seeding too at 100Ko/s 3 - right click on the torrent > choice : Upload Speed = 30Ko/s and then the seeding is falling down t...

Bandwith allocation per torrent [0.5.5]
Hello,
When i choose to limit the bandwith for one torrent in upload, speed is falling to 0 ko/s. Then if i change for unlimited speed it works fine.
Is there someone with the same problem ? Is this function at "experimental" level again ?
