Does deluge set ToS to 0x08 (aka bandwidth throughput)? My router absolutely hates anything that doesn't, I've googled around for it and it seems librtorrent supports it, but I'm not sure if its on by default or not. It'd be great with a plugin to auto monitor a directory and add all torrents placed there. Quite a lot of clients have this feature, and it's kinda a showstopper for me to not be able to do that. And I noticed a neat feature in uTorrent, it can increase upload slots if your not maxing your upstream....
