I have problems with torrents<dot>ru tracker too. Numerous 'connection refused', 'timed out, ''seed to seed connection redundant' messages from peers in the log.

'Seed to seed connection redundant' on 0.5.8.3
Hi. I'm using Deluge 0.5.8.3 on Gutsy. On some trackers it works well, but on the particular tracker seeding isn't working. I am getting numerous 'seed to seed connection redundant, disconnection' messages in the log. DHT and Peer Exchange is switched off in my configuration. What's going wrong?
