As ambipro said, I guess the state was corrupted. I tried reinstalling them and Deluge closed again. Tried with no state installed and a random torrent and its seem to be perfectly working. Before I do anything stupid, can I save the "state" and keep my torrents that way? As for AppData do you mean the under users(me) and roaming?
