Thanks for the info, the "**" does make a difference on 2.0.3 and 2.0.5!
Will there be anything that works for 1.3.13? Was hoping to not update this linux box as it's working as-is and is quite old hardware...

As a note I have started playing with putty/plink scripts and deluge-console to pause torrent and reboot my linux boxes. Only issue is with pausing/resuming in deluge-console. I put up another post for this issue.
