Script from Windows PC to deluge instances

Post by CrazyPhil »

Hello!

I am running four linux based Deluge instances across four devices (IPs) and they all pull their storage into/from a Windows server. When I reboot the server for an update it causes chaos (all become error status and need recheck) if I don't pause all torrents. Is there a way (to script) control of each instance to pause and resume during this process?

Thanks!

Hm, something like that may work, does it cause errors though if just stopped?

Thanks,

As a note I have started playing with putty/plink scripts and deluge-console to pause torrent and reboot my linux boxes. Only issue is with pausing/resuming in deluge-console. I put up another post for this issue.

Thanks,
