Re: I don't know what I've done
Thanks for posting back Chris :) The incompatible libtorrent you had would most times here come from a qbittorrent ppa I found over the years reports, but can of-course come from other places too I guess(about you using qbittorrent from app image and not ppa). Sorry don't know what your issue is no...

Re: I don't know what I've done
I posted before some instructions to get both running. https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?p=238814#p238814 As said in the post, ned remove qBittorrent PPA first, to not bring in that incompatible libtorrent breaking deluge, and qbittorrent from non-ppa is new regardless. Instructions fo...

Re: I don't know what I've done
I suspect wrong libtorrent used now, built for qbittorrent, with deprecated functions off. Check here for instructions/hints, and sorry little long thread. https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=56354 Uh oh. I installed qbittorrent AFTER these issues started happening and, to be honest, I...

Re: I don't know what I've done
I would turn on debug logging and check the log files to see what happens at startup as well as when you hit refresh on the plugins page. https://man.archlinux.org/man/deluge.1.en OK. Using deluge-gtk -l "/media/sf_Apps/Deluge/Version 2/ubuntu-log.log" -L debug The only two errors I have ...

Re: I don't know what I've done
Open core.conf and edit the "enabled_plugins": line. Nope. That didn't work. It appears there's a line in core.py ('ignore_resume_timestamps': True,) which is causing the issue; if I comment it out, Deluge-gtk starts OK but my LabelPlus plugin doesn't show up, even if I rename the trailer...

Re: I don't know what I've done
Hello adelphiaUK, Try to disable the plugins first (use the config core file to remove them). Then try to start deluge-gtk from the terminal. Sorry for sounding so dumb, but how do I switch the config files? More to the point, where are they? In ~/configs/deluge/ ? (Excuse me if I've got that total...

I don't know what I've done
:geek: :!: :?: I'm running Ubuntu 24.04 as a VM and all was running smootly. Until this morning. When I came back to my PC and started my VM, everything worked fine until I tried to start Deluge and then got an error about not being able to start in stand alone mode. As I'm running the dektop versio...

MAGNET files
I'm using Ubuntu 24.04 but I would imagine this is applicable to all platforms, just in differet guises. In the documentation, it states that if you change the "Download" folder within the apps UI, it changes where MAGET/torrent files are stored. But it doesn't. It continues to store them...

Can't you pause, move and do a force recheck?

Re: Support for Ubuntu 24.04
I get an issue when I try to add the PPA. I don't want to try again as I've just reinstalled my VM so I'm going to install it direct using apt-get but for the future, I may need to add it in. Does anyone have the correct repository command to add the PPA in please, which doesn't give an error. Thanks
