This feature works fine in qBittorrent and uTorrent, both can close the ports after quitting to prevent from hacking.

Bug in the default Scheduler plugin
I have found a small bug in the Scheduler plugin.
If I set the Download limit value to 0, it allows the torrents to download at unlimited speed like -1 value while it should disable it

Why isn't UPnP safe? Good thing with UPnP is that it can close the port when you exit the program.

I have noticed that Deluge doesn't close UPnP ports after quitting
