you have to have "enable selecting files for torrents before loading" enabled. then you'll see it in the dialog when you add a torrent

[*] Labels have been added to the main window so that you can quickly sort through different torrent states. Will we be able to create our own labels, for organizational purposes? It makes it easier when sorting through torrents from different trackers to reseed them. If not, I can make new feature...
