No. I don't think that should be a problem. It is a 25/25 Mbps connection. The torrents have been topping out at download speeds of only ~500 KiB/s and I am limiting upload speeds to 1,000 KiB/S per torrent. The disks are HGST Deskstars (7200 RPM, 64MB cache, SATA 3 6Gb/s) in a RAID 5 configuration....

No. This isn't happening when a torrent completes. I currently only have 2 files downloading and 6 files seeding. The 2 files that are downloading are large (> 40GiB.)
