Hi, it turns out that if I enable the "anti-hacking protection" in my router (tried High and Middle settings), then when running deluge (or uTorrent which I also tried), DNS is somehow prevented from working correctly and resolving URLs to IPs. Don't know why this occurs, I'm just happy I ...

Is there a file for the Blocklist plugin I can remove from somewhere in order to make sure it is not loaded (although in the options it shows as not loaded)? Is there a beta binary for windows I can try?

If by "config" you mean the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\deluge directory, then I removed its contents, it recreated some, but still, the problem remains...
