I followed the guide, but configuring the loopback adapter is a lot more involved on Windows. Long story short, I mistyped the address as 127.0.0.3 so it didn't match up with the tunnel created by Putty. My bad. Still not sure why OpenVPN isn't working, but I'll take that up with them. [Solved] Thin client can connect, but not interact
I can't seem to get Deluge working as a thin client on my laptop. Controlling the daemon works fine from a desktop on the server's LAN, but not from the remote laptop (tried SSH, OpenVPN). Thanks Cas, I'll try that when it crashes next. It's managed to make it almost four hours since the last one, so perhaps things are improving on their own.
