I see....is there any plans for making this dynamic. For example in azureus you have NAT error. Usually I fix that by changing to a different port...then running a test. When test passes that means I got a good port and am not being blocked by ISP. Maybe someday Deluge will be able to determine that...

Is Deluge supposed to somenow change its TCP/UDP port when one that it uses becomes unavailable?

Deluge won't start anymore. What do I do? Sometimes, the configuration files might get corrupted. In Linux, you can fix this by typing `rm ~/.config/deluge/persistent.state` in a command prompt. Hi, I opened up Deluge, then added some torrents to download. Then it was checking the torrents. Then I pressed the close X button and expected deluge to still be on, but be minimized to the task tray. Well this actually closed the whole program.
