"Bug": Remove "translatable" from stock items

Not really one of the nastiest bugs but it's still there. Please remove the translatable-flag from gtk stock items since it seems translators have no idea of how stock items work.

Example (swedish translation):

(In the newest version it looks like the image below but without the icon due to being translated instead of being a stock item)

After manually turning the translatable-flag off in deluge/glade/delugegtk.glade:


There are more cases like that. For example the translation of the very same menu item in Norwegian Bokmål is gtk-velg-alle.
