remote connect via web browser, not working

I have a win xp system running. I have the deluged running and also the deluge-web running as well. I can connect on the local machine via the GTK UI, or via a web browser. However I can not connect from a remote machine. I have enable the ports I'm using in my firewall etc...

I am using a linux system on the remote machine w/ firefox web browser. I use the url http://<ip>:8112/ and I never get a webui interface or even the password dialog prompt. Any ideas ?? deluge is v1.2.1
