you'll have to either wait for 1.2 to be released or upgrade to the latest svn:

Here's an idea for the appearance.
Generate a graph where the x axis is time in 24 hours.
The y axis can be the upload and download speed limits.
Use two different coloured curves in the graph to represent download and upload limit respectively.
The graph could be click-able so a user could "make a node" that would adjust the curve in the graph.
A list of buttons below the graph to change which day is being viewed.
I feel this visual would make it seem like the download/upload limits were climbing and descending hills as the day went by.
