Can't add torrents in older then 0.9.04 version

OS: Ubuntu Hardy amd64;
Clean Install or updated.
OS lang : Russian.
If I install deluge it install correctly but in versions older then 0.9.04 I cannot add any torrent files (using GTK UI) to deluge torrent list to download it.
In 0.9.04 and lower versions this works.
In startup log (if startup it (deluge gui) from shell) I can see "adding torrent ....." but deluge torrent list (GTK UI) still clean.
