Deluge Forum

When i using BitComet 0.97, it can normally open this .torrent file. But when i open with Deluge 0.5.7-3 and 0.5.7.95, both show Runtime Visual C++ error in my desktop. I also try open same .torrent file with Deluge in my laptop, it does not show Runtime VIsual C++ error but it shown nothing after i add the .torrent file via "File>Add Torrent".

Is this consider as a bug for Deluge? Hope any developer team's member of Deluge can examine on this problem.
