Per Torrent Seed Ratio?

Is there a way I can get per torrent seed ratio?
Suppose most torrents I want to have cutoff at 1.0 but a certain torrent I would like to increase that to 2.0?

It is possible with the RC releases, you highlight the torrent you want to change and go to options tab, select stop at seed ratio, set desired ratio and apply.
I'm not sure, can't remember if 0.5x had a similar feature...

0.5x had a plugin to do it....

Would you happen to remember which plugin in 0.5x does this?
