Error: Torrent Paused

Hey guys,
I'm using Deluge 0.5.9.3, on the latest Ubuntu installed through Wubi. Now, I was getting this same problem on Ubuntu and Linux Mint installed as dual boots, so I know this isn't just a Wubi problem.
The problem is, when I try and reseed a torrent(downloading a torrent from one site, then seeding that exact same torrent at another site to help with the speeds) I get a little error window that pops up. It says: torrent paused: disk read error, torrent uses the same file as another torrent. Here's a pic of the actual error window:

Now, how can I get around this problem? I click Ok on the error message and it closes. But then the error message will pop back up in a few seconds. So is there something I have tick or untick in Preferences so I don't get this problem? And the torrent will actually pause when that message comes up.
Also, when I'm adding a torrent to Deluge that I'm going to reseed somewhere else, when it's checking the files, if they don't match up 100% then I click Don't Download on those few files that don't match up. But then the status for that torrent switches to Finished, instead of Seeding like the others. The torrent still seeds, but it's labeled as Finished. So I'm assuming it's ok as long as it still seeds. But I was just wondering if there's anyway to get that status back to Seeding.
I'm using 0.5.9.3 because all of my sites allow it. And I'm coming from Windows, and was a heavy uTorrent user. So I'm very new to Deluge. So please forgive me if these problems are easy fixable, but I'm just not seeing how.
Any help you can give me will be well appreciated.
Thank you.
