Menus and modal windows appear as minimized windows

I've had to update to the latest version when 0.5.7 started to crash right after the update notification window appeared on the screen (basically yes and no buttons appears on the window and then Deluge froze... all the time).

Anyway, I've run into this problem and it's kind of annoying... any window i open including menus, when i minimize Deluge those windows appear as minimized windows stuck to the status bar.
It's hard to explain, I've recorded a video with Camtasia to show you:

Installed from the setup on the site, windows 2003 R2 32 bit.
