Specified module cannot be found..?

I just installed Deluge for Windows(I'm running XP), and it keeps coming up with
Error:
The specified module cannot be found: Loadlibrary(pythondll) failed
Error:
C:\Programfiles\Deluge\PYTHON25.dll

Is this a folder I'm missing from my install, a program-? How can I fix problem? thanks
