Number of active torrents for downloading and for seeding

I wanna change the number of active torrents for downloading and for seeding separatly.
I want to seed unlimited number of torrents but seed only two ones.
How can I do it?

it seems I got the wrong link, use http://deluge-torrent.org/faq.php#6n32 instead to find out about changing number of seeds. Entering -1 will set this (as most other fields) to unlimited.

For seperating downloading and seeding, I didn't find something ...
