[Bug] maximum uploadrate =-1 broken

Hi
there seems to be a bug in 0.5.1 wich was not there in 0.5:
I set the maximum uploadrate to eg. 22 (to browse the net)
when I finish I set it to -1
but it still uploads at 22kbps!
If i set it to lets say 14 and then back to -1
the upload rate stays at 14!
understand?

says your latest Stable Release is 0.5.0
