0.5.7 crashing and invalid handle - update

All...adding duplicant torrents is what's causing most of the problem. Deluge isn't catching it like it should, and instead it corrupts the persistent.state file and causes yet another invalid hanlde error. A fix release will be put out tomorrow. Just one more day of patience, please
