[Feature Request] Prioritize most complete files

Hi, just a quick feature request, plugin or trunk:
It would be nice to have the ability to prioritize files that are most complete. This is great for when you are trying to leech out of a swarm that has a metric crapton of files, and you'd like to get your listen on as soon as possible without micro-management.
In the same vein, an option to not download any files that are partially unavailable in a damaged swarm would also be great (i.e. files that have some pieces available but one or more missing, making it impossible to get a file that isn't corrupt). This is nice for pulling the remaining data on the swarm while not wasting lots of bandwidth for a couple of hundred half-songs.
I think these would be powerful features and possibly more useful than the 'prioritise first and last piece' option.
Cheers,
Yorick
