Using deluge 0.5.9.3 I had issues where certain torrents would not get any connections. Peers and seeders would list in parenthesis but none would connect no matter how long the torrent was active. So I upgraded to 1.0.0_rc4 and still have the same issue. Most torrents are fine, but particularly torrents from [KAA] will do this, though not all. Currently using deluge 1.0.0_rc4 compiled from source on gentoo linux x86_64. Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

There are plenty of peers and seeds and these same torrents work fine for a friend using a different client. No matter how long I leave it like this no activity ever occurs.

Client is banned.

OK problem fixed, the client was not banned, KAA updated all the tracker URL's to a new domain and had to manually add them.

I ran into the problem that the RC client was banned, it did the same thing as you explained. Had to switch back to the stable 0.5 line.
