Scheduler Issue

I downloaded Deluge, going to try it. Noticed after I enabled the Scheduler for green in 2 am to 5 am and red for all the other hours. There is no way to put the torrent file into Queue so the scheduler will energize the download/upload to start at 2 am and close at 5 am. My choices seems to be to start or pause, but not to put the file into schedule queue. Stumpted......Using the 0.5.9.3 version for Linux.
