Bug: Available Peers Doesn't Update in GUI

When I look at the seeders and peers columns in Deluge 0.5.6.2 the available peers are all at 0, but when I look at the web-interface plugin the correct amount of available peers is displayed.

I am using Ubuntu Gutsy and Deluge 0.5.6.2
