Disconnection

Hi,
I encounter frequent disconnections (DSL 800K) these days.
It wasn't this way before.
And I noticed that it happen when deluge is running.
So is my ISP to blame or is that possible for any reason that deluge could drop my connection.
I started downloading files from bittorrent nets since two weeks and I hadn't any problem until it started two or three days ago (frequent disconnections).
I have increased my amount of downloads in the last couple of days, and I also increase the settings for the uploads as well. could that have an influence on my problem.
I'm running Xubuntu Gutsy.
and I also use port forwarding (I'm changing the ports frequently)
and I also disabled UPnP
I have the last version of deluge.
