problems after crash - please help

i recently had a computer crash freezing my computer and the only way i found to restart the computer without pressing the power button was alt+sysreq+k
after that i ran a sudo touch /forcefsck to check all filesystems for errors
then i started deluge again and it checked all the torrents, which took ages, once that was done none of the torrents were able to connect to any tracker. i got some DHT connections though. i then deleted my ~./config/deluge (but kept the .torrent files) and uninstalled deluge, and reinstalled again. deluge still cant connect to any tracker
deluge is also taking ages to shut down, 2-3 minutes. this never happened before the crash either
i wonder if some of the dependencies got broken in the crash, but i cant rememeber what the dependencies were so cant reinstall them.
any suggestions what i should do ? what are all the dependencies so i can uninstall those and reinstall deluge totally from scratch?
edit: health is ok, ports are forwarded correctly and open
