[kinda-poll] Client configuration

A common question I get from *torrent noobies is - "How on earth do I configure this thing?". It does look intimidating, to be honest - a common configuration scheme for optimal torrent's performance is yet to be made available.
But it's not all dark and techy, as we can share working configurations, and by that perfect our knowledge bit further.
I propose a poll-like thingey - post a working config you achieved with Deluge, so we can compare and see.
