User stats

Since we first introduced the "anonymous stats" feature in Deluge, I've said that we'd make the data public. Well, after months of hoping that someone else would step up and do it, here are the stats, complete with pretty graphs
Note that Ubuntu and Debian by default have our anonymous stats pref disabled, so I'm sure that it's just a small percentage of users who actually send us info to begin with. From a developer standpoint, though, the stats we collect are the only feedback we have and it's what we use to decide which versions/plugins should be supported/worked on, etc. In other words, you should send us info and be counted
