Showing Deluge UI even before making the initial connections

Hi,

I have noticed that, sometimes, after i start deluge , the app window appears but there is nothing painted on it. It appears frozen for a couple of seconds and then suddenly the UI is rendered and i can see that download has also started for a few torrent(sometimes). Is it because deluge is doing some cpu/ network io intensive tasks before starting the GUI event loop?

I think the UI should be the very first thing that should be started when deluge starts, the networking and other tasks can begin after that.
