C:\Program Files\Deluge\Deluge.exe is not a valid Win32 app

Hi all,

First time in this forum. I read the FAQ but there doesn't seem to be anything related to my problem.

I get the above error message after Deluge was repeatedly started 3 or 4 times in a row in quick succession. I can't access Deluge now.

I tried deleting the persistent state file in my deluge setup but it didn't help. I've restored the pers. state file.

My OS is Windows XP SP3. I use PeerGuardian2.

Any suggestions/ help?

Cheers. :? :?

you could go back to SP2.....seriously, SP3 has lots of issues...(Microsoft backported stuff from vista...worst idea ever)

I have automatic updates turned off (or else it'll try to force SP3 on me), and am running SP2, computer's running fine, no application problems....

edit: why are you starting deluge repeatedly after each other (or am I reading your post wrong) if they worked?

Maybe the system locked it out because it saw it trying to run multiple times and think it was virus activity or something. Is each time you started it running in the task manager?
