i save my torrents to an external hard drive. if i start deluge without the device plugged it gives me at least 1 error message for every torrent i have... possibly more i can't remember. this is really annoying when you have 30 or so torrents on the go, because you have to click "ok" on every one of them.

obviously this is very ungraceful and it should instead check to see if the directory exists before trying to read/write to it and complaining that it hasn't got enough space

Exactly, its very annoying when you have many torrents. There should be an option to disable this kind of warnings.

In 0.6, if a torrent experiences an error, it's status will change to Error and the reason for the error is displayed on the torrents detail tab. There are no pop-ups for these errors.

I agree, much more graceful error messages in .6... speaking of torrent errors anyway.
