0.6 Restart deluge daemon doesn't restart torrents

If I restart my deluge daemon (and webui) all my running torrents are not restarted, or even displayed in the ui. I have to manually re-add each of the torrents. When they do restart they don't seem to start at the same point they were at when the daemon was restarted.

Is this a known issue or how it is designed?

I just noticed some .torrent.fastresume files - what are these for? Should I be restarting/re-adding the torrents using these? Or are they internal files used by deluge?

.torrent.fastresume are internal fiels used by deluge to tell it what torrents you are downloading and how much you have of each torrent.

I haven't played with 0.6 but when you restart the daemon it should continue from where it left off.
so I'd say it's a bug definitely not a feature :P

Yeah that is what I figured. Anyone want me to formally log this bug? Let me know where/how etc and I would be more than happy to help.
