libtorrent compiled to Win32 + python bindings

Dear deluge developers!
We're developing torrent client that is based on libtorrent library. Our client is written in Python, that's why I'm here.
We can't compile libtorrent to Win32 platform with Python bindings. Maybe you have such compiled library and can send us link/file to it?
