port block problem

hello, sorry for my bad English.
I have a problem with the deluge.
Starting to download everything goes ok. After a time, half an hour or more the port is blocked and the deluge stops downloading and uploading, I solve it by changing the port but this way I can not leave without downloading a continuous control. Someone who knows this may be due?
