opent torrent dialog order

Up to now, when you open a torrent, you only see the name of your file after you choose where to put it.
it works fine if you are downloading one torrent, or all of your torrents are into the same folder.
more, (as in recovering from a '.config/deluge' wipe and trying to resume your downloads), not that easy:
you can either add them one at a time, or take a chance and try and guess which ones you are adding. if you have like 40 to add into specific folders and subfolders, it quickly gets hectic.
I think just reversing the order of appearance for those dialogs is all that's needed to bring fluidity to the process
'what->where' > 'where->what'
but deluge is still my only bittorrent client.
